THU 10/31 – HALLOWEEN!

Our favorite Halloween pick is the WEHO Halloween Carnaval, the largest Halloween party in the world! Here are other options from the LA Weekly.

West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval @ Santa Monica Blvd. – 6pm-11pm, Free, All Ages (but mature ages recommended as costumes can range from the hilarious to very adult-themed.)
Held annually every October 31st, the West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval sees nearly 500,000 people take to the streets of West Hollywood to enjoy the some of the most creative and eclectic entertainment and costume creations around. The West Hollywood Halloween Costume Carnaval will be held from 6 p.m. to 11 p.m. along Santa Monica Boulevard from Doheny Drive to La Cienega Boulevard. Admission is free.

Porter & Ibi Ego @ The Glass House, Pomona – 8pm, Free, All Ages
Porter is a Mexican experimental indie rock band formed in 2004, based in Guadalajara, Mexico. Porter belongs to the emergence of the Indie scene in México, and it´s considered being one of the most important Spanish-speaking rock bands over the last decade. In November, 2003, Ibi Ego was born in a basement between the hills of the city of Tijuana, Baja California, and quickly gained the attention of the local critics with their synth-indie-guitar-rock sound, something that was, in that particular moment, a new contribution to the Tijuana scene.
