Grand Performances: Summer 2013 Lineup of Global Music & Culture!

grand perf
Hot off the (Internet) Press! Grand Performances just announced their Summer lineup of free summer concerts by amazing artists from around the world! I haven’t had a chance to read up on the artists yet but I already recognize my favorites Novalima from Peru and our very own beloved Las Cafeteras from East LA!

(Copied directly from their page: )

Grab your calendars and start saving dates; we’re pleased to announce our 2013 summer line up!

From brass horns to Latin alternative, classical Bernstein to sock puppets – there’s a show for everyone to discover their next favorite artist/music/dance/beat. Crowd favorites Ozomatli and Novalima make return appearances, but they’re not the only ones. The complimentary bike valet will be back – along with other plaza amenities that we didn’t have last year (let’s just say that the Water Court’s dry spell is over 😉

The complete calendar event pages will be up on our website in May (our printed brochures will be out then too!), but in the mean time, check out the line up, and download the season overview here.

And as always: all our shows are FREE, so we look forward to seeing you on the plaza again and again.

  1. Is it possible to be added to your mailing list and have a brochure sent to me? The writing is too small for me to read on this website. Thank you.
